My Project
This year I have an amazing group of 18 students who LOVE learning. When Covid-19 hit and we had to leave the classroom, we weren't able to bring things home. Upon return we faced new guidelines from the CDC and State as to how to approach learning with these new standards in place. Unfortunately, during that time classrooms were stripped of having any things in them that could not be wiped down daily with cleaning solutions that would kill Covid, leaving us without our classroom carpets. These were thrown out for the safety of our students.
Now that we're returning to a normal classroom setting we're in need of a new carpet!
We use our carpet for daily independent reading, centers, small group instruction and whole group instruction. The kids loved having a comfortable place to curl up with their book or to stretch out while learning. Please consider helping me give this to my new group of kids!
