My Project
I am requesting a variety of read alouds for teachers to use with their students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. I am building an SEL Library for each teacher to use in their classroom. These classroom library books will give students options to consider and learn more about important SEL skills and how to apply them.
These read alouds will give students the opportunity to gain a better understanding of themselves and the people around them.
Talking about social emotional learning provides powerful learning for everyone. These books offer a variety of strategies for building students' self-esteem and confidence, as well as effective ways to handle stress and conflict resolution.
