Help Students Learn Cosmetology to Pursue as a Career!

Help me give my students a chance to learn cosmetology! We are a low income, project based learning school. The students have been begging to learn to see if they might want to pursue it as a career.

My Project

With these materials, students will be able to learn skills that they would use in beauty school, such as using mannequins to learn hair techniques like foiling, braiding, and styling or nail gel to try manicures. Make up to learn specialized techniques, etc. This hands on experience will help my students know if cosmetology is something that they would want to go to school for.

We are a low income school that has a low college rate, but our students want to pursue careers to help better their futures and cosmetology is high up on that list!

With this opportunity, our students will be able to experience a trade that they might not have been able to afford to try.
