Help Student Focus: Noise Cancelling Headphones

Help me give my students their own pair of noise cancelling headphones to use in the classroom.

My Project

My school district was moved to full inclusion of all students. It is common in classrooms to have many students with Autism, ADHD, sensory disorders, and other diagnoses. This could result in students facing challenges of having to stay focused and work, while others could be demonstrating distracting behaviors. On the other hand, there are also students who face challenges in responding to loud noises and are easily overstimulated by the everyday noise in a school environment (classrooms, assemblies, music or PE, etc.)

Your contribution will enable me to provide all students with the tools they need to thrive and focus in the classroom: each student would have access to their own pair of noise-canceling headphones, so they can be successful.

You would provide assistance to students who benefit greatly from the added peace and quiet that noise-canceling headphones can provide. Your choice can make a lasting impact on their educational journey.
