Help me give my students equipment to further the development of their dance technique, have hair supplies to be ready for performances, and other essential classroom supplies for a clean, organized dance room.

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items I’m requesting will directly impact my students’ learning by providing the tools needed to enhance their dance technique, maintain confidence, and keep the classroom organized. Therabands and tennis balls will assist my dancers in performing physical exercises that improve flexibility, strength, and overall technique. Hair bands and hair brushes will ensure that my students’ hair is neat and secure for performances, allowing them to focus solely on their dancing. The Clorox wipes will help us maintain a clean and safe learning environment, while pencils are necessary for taking notes, tracking progress, and setting goals. Additionally, vinyl and spike taping will help designate spots on the floor for formations, enabling dancers to practice with precision. The putty will be used to hang educational charts and dance history posters, enriching their learning experience.
My goal for this project is to create an organized and confident environment where my dancers can thrive.
With the right supplies, my students will have the resources to practice their technique, express themselves creatively, and prepare for performances. These items will help cultivate a space where they can focus on growth—both in dance and in personal development.
What makes my students special is their dedication and passion for dance. They come from diverse backgrounds but share a common love for the art form. Despite facing challenges, they consistently demonstrate resilience, drive, and a strong work ethic. They are eager to improve, support one another, and take pride in their progress, making it a privilege to guide them on their dance journey. The supplies in this project will help them continue to grow, feel confident, and succeed.
