As a passionate advocate for our students' holistic development, I would like for our students to have a place where they can spend their earned “Cougar Cash” (play money) and points. Our school store will be aimed at fostering positive behavior within our school community.
One of the most effective methods to encourage positive conduct among students is through incentivizing good behavior.
By offering tangible rewards that appeal to our student body, we have the opportunity to reinforce positive actions and cultivate a more supportive and encouraging environment.
To this end, I am suggesting the establishment of a school store stocked with items that students can purchase using points & “Cougar Cash” earned through demonstrating exemplary behavior. These items could range from school supplies to educational materials, and fun novelties such as fidget toys and spinners, slime, hot wheels, coloring books, bubbles, and dolls to encourage student engagement and participation. I believe that with your support and collaboration, this initiative can significantly contribute to enhancing our school's culture and reinforcing positive behavior among our students.
