it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The beginning of the school year often coincides with the beginning of cold and flu season, and allergy season here in Central Texas. Tissues and hand sanitizer to the rescue!
Year long, however, there will always be a need for menstrual products.
After a successfully funded campaign taught me last school year, having quality menstrual products in the classroom is not only helpful, it shows students that the classroom is a safe place for everyone. This is especially important for our campus, where 85% of our students live below the poverty line.
After news of the art room's menstrual cart spread, more students trusted that they could ask for the supplies they need. Due to its popularity, it's time for a restock, and you can help!
