My Project
Over winter break, our classroom flooded when a pipe burst above our room. Many of our materials were destroyed, including our beautiful animal puzzles.
I'm requesting five wooden animal puzzles with nomenclature cards to replace materials that were lost in the flood.
The children trace and label the animal puzzles to learn the parts of each animal. They use the nomenclature cards to practice identifying the various parts. The older children can also use the nomenclature cards to make their own "parts of" books, where they color and label each part of the animal.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
