My Project

My 7th and 8th grade students are curious, creative, and constantly growing—and they deserve a classroom library that grows with them. Many of the books on our shelves are outdated, falling apart, or no longer reflect the diverse voices and interests of today's readers. I want to refresh our collection with engaging, age-appropriate titles that speak to who they are, where they come from, and who they hope to become.

Your support will help us bring in new books that reflect different cultures, perspectives, and genres—from graphic novels and contemporary fiction to inspiring nonfiction and poetry.

With your help, I can create a space where every student can find a book that makes them feel seen, valued, and excited to read.
