Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At our school, we provide life classes to teach our young students how to utilize hygiene tools to help them build confidence and to prevent low self-esteem, bullying, and poor personal hygiene. Your assistance would provide our students, in a challenging environment, access to personal cleanliness products.
The belts, sanitary napkins, maxi-pads, wipes, and hairbrushes are requested which will be given to the needed students who cannot afford such products.
Your contributions will help our students ensure they come to school well-groomed, maintain a polished appearance, and become successful in our learning environment.
We feel that these items in this project will help provide our challenged students the confidence and heightened self-esteem when they are learning and present at Oak Tree and in our community.
