This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are scientists, technologists, athletes, engineers, and mathematicians (among many other things!). They are super curious and want to make a change in the world.
As part of this, they need to have ample exposure to the skills and materials that students in affluent neighborhoods have.
My students, for the most part, come from a neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. They aim to be scientists, technologists and problem-solvers, tackling real-world issues. With your help, they will achieve these ambitious goals!
My Project
College admission and many financial aid measures are tied to strong ACT scores.
To ensure we best set our students up for success, a strong ACT score is absolutely vital.
If a wealthy family wants their child's ACT score to increase, they have access to ample resources and can even hire an individual tutor.
I want to ensure that our students have as many opportunities as possible to show their knowledge and live a life of expanded opportunities.
With your support, we can provide students with high-quality, on-demand ACT prep through Albert, an online test prep platform. Albert provides students with rigorous content and as much practice as they need to crush the ACT!
Let's make sure our students aren't held back simply because of poor performance on a standardized test. Thank you for your help!
