My students need book bins and materials to teach environmental science.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Bej's classroom raised $266
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from varied backgrounds. Some of my students have the opportunity to see the world around them and visit many new and exciting places, while some of my students have not traveled outside of our town. No matter what their background, all of my students LOVE learning, LOVE school, and LOVE each other. My classroom is filled with future doctors, teachers, lawyers, and world changers. They are AMAZING and I want to do anything I can to introduce them to more and more!
My Project
My students need bins to store their environmental science books. The bins will also be used to place their hands-on manipulatives so they can be more organized. I want my students to be organized. I want to them to enjoy their environmental books by having a nice bin to take and sit wherever they want and read. I hope with these bins and books my students will be able to show their best learning and not be confined to the traditional desk. They will be very happy if the project gets funded since our bins are falling apart. I also asked for a set of journals to write about the environmental units and laminating pouches to laminate the science vocabulary for each unit. We hope that this project gets funded soon so that we can have a place to organize our things.
