My Students

The children I work with are Pre-K students with developmental delays. These kiddos are learning to find their voice to communicate with the world around them. Many are just starting to label common nouns, produce 2-3 word sentences and make their wants and needs known.

My Project

Early intervention is key! Please help give my students a laptop computer to be used during circle time during our language learning labs attended by students labeled developmentally delayed, hearing impaired and autistic. Educational videos, interactive learning games and vocabulary will be presented to help them communicate and grow academically.

Our language learning labs are currently using a cell phone to show learning media.

The bigger screen on a laptop computer would help them engage better and connect with the material. Please consider helping us bring technology to our classroom.
