My Project
My students are energetic, creative, and eager to learn—especially when it comes to percussion. They take pride in their progress and work hard to master new rhythms and techniques. It's inspiring to see how motivated they are, whether they're playing in band class or practicing on their own.
This project will give them the tools they need to succeed.
Our current snare drum stands are old, unstable, and difficult to adjust, which makes it hard for students to play with proper form. The new snare drum stands will allow them to set up correctly and focus on developing good habits from the start.
The practice pads will also make a huge difference. They’ll give students a quieter way to practice their sticking and rudiments—perfect for home use or for lessons when we need to keep the noise down. Together, these resources will help my students build confidence, strengthen their technique, and enjoy making music even more.
