This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our class, we normally the same novels over and over again. This year, we want to give the students an opportunity to read something different and something that can really get their imaginations going. Our goal is to keep them engaged and interested while also covering important literary elements, such as character development, themes, inferencing, and more.

Harry Potter truly is a way for students to connect with characters who may be like themselves and for them to explore a world where anything is possible.

We have 30 students who would be so grateful if we could branch out from the ordinary and fly into the extraordinary!
