My Project
We are a diverse community in Queens with students at different levels of reading and comprehension. One of the texts we do each year with the freshman is Romeo and Juliet. This is very challenging for a percentage of our population. The graphic novel version of the play gives equal access and opportunity to these students, which is vital to their learning experience. Please help us give the opportunity to fall in love with this classic. This will not only give them a better understanding of the play, but it will also help them to visualize the action as it unfolds.
