Help me give my students a great experience in art by setting up my new art room with supplies, including some high quality Prismacolor pencils and sharpies for special projects!
My students come from a diverse background with many parents working more than one job. My students sometimes get themselves and their younger siblings ready in the morning and make it to school themselves.
My students are resilient, steadfast, and strong!!
They have not had art in the recent past and art supplies are needed to set up a functioning art room so that they may benefit from the wonders of creating art.
My Project
My elementary is a Title I school with a diverse population. This school has not had visual arts. That means that there are no art supplies at all. I want to provide a great art experience for the students and in order to do so I need art supplies for them. Children love art, and having the right kind of supplies helps them create. It is essential that the students have enough art supplies to create and finish high quality art pieces. If the supplies are lacking the student art suffers. Please help me set up my art room for student success!
