Help My Students to Become Better Writers With Journals!

Help me give my students materials such as journals to improve their writing and to help with social emotional learning.

My Project

My students are creative, unique, and hardworking, Each year, I see my students work hard to reach their goals and to succeed in their learning. We are still working to close learning gaps that students have due to loss of learning during the pandemic. Writing is an important, necessary part of reaching our goals of closing these gaps.

My students can use these materials such as the writing journals, prompts, and activities to improve their writing skills in all areas of learning.

The growth mindset journals and paragraph of the week journals will help develop their writing skills. The Just Write journals will help students develop their informational writing skills and help them develop their research skills. The Boogie Boards will help with small group and pre-writing skills in my classroom. These materials will not only help them be better writers, but better storytellers, collaborators, and help them in their understanding of different subjects.

Students have had to deal with many things due to COVID-19. The social emotional learning materials based on “The Spot” books will help me to better meet my student's needs in the classroom and in their overall well-being.
