Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a Special Education teacher for 3rd and 4th grade students, and we are starting an exciting new journey with book studies! I have the books, but to differentiate instruction and better support my students, I need additional resources from Teachers Pay Teachers.
Right now, we are reading Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, and my students are already loving it!
However, some are experiencing comprehension difficulties and would benefit from extra support. I found some fantastic graphic organizers, visuals, and book study materials on TPT that will help them engage with the story and improve their understanding.
In math, we are currently working on counting coins, and I also need to purchase additional visuals and resources from TPT. Visual supports are incredibly helpful for my students, and I want to provide them with the best learning experience possible. By using differentiation and a variety of resources, I can ensure that all my students feel supported and successful in their learning.
