My students need a DVD Handycam video camera to capture video of science experiments.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. McElfresh's classroom raised $547
This project is fully funded
I teach 10 -12th grade students Physics and Biology. My students do not have access to basic lab supplies that are taken for granted at most schools.
My students often request to borrow a video camera to capture video of their various projects but I do not have one to loan them.
The video camera I have asked for would solve this problem and give my students opportunities to create mini science themed videos. By having the ability to capture video of lab experiments my students will be able to analyze and review lab results and assist them in sharing their lab data. This skill will help them prepare for college in that they will be using technology to collect and share data from their lab set-ups.
Your help will make it possible for me to provide a new opportunity for my students to develop a love for the sciences. My students all love to express themselves and your assistance will provide a new outlet to do this while enjoying science. It is through donations such as this that I am able to expand and continuously improve the learning environment of my students.
