My Project
Our students are eager to tackle advance math and science, but many lack access to graphing calculators- a critical tool for success in math classes. By funding 5 graphing calculators, you'll help level the playing field, giving students the resources they need to build confidence, think critically, and prepare for college and future careers. Graphing calculators are essential tools that help students visualize complex math concepts, explore real-world applications, and build confidence in problem-solving. Having access to these calculators allows them to practice higher-level thinking, prepare for the regents, and gain skills they’ll need in college and future STEM careers. My goal is to provide my students with graphing calculators so that every student who needs one can have access during class and while working on projects. We just need 5 more to have a complete class set. I want to eliminate barriers and make sure no student falls behind simply because they don’t have the right tools. My students are bright, determined, and curious learners who never shy away from a challenge. Many of them face financial hardships, yet they show up every day eager to learn, grow, and succeed. They are future engineers, scientists, and leaders — they just need the right resources to help them get there. Your generosity will put powerful learning tools directly into their hands!
