My Project
We are reaching out to request your support in providing art supplies for Polk School students so they can explore their world by drawing on location from life. The Beverly Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program is dedicated to promoting the collaboration of Visual Arts and Core Curriculum Learning, and the practice of drawing from observation helps students understand and interpret the scientific process and learn about the world around them. We believe that having access to high-quality art supplies is essential for our artists to fully capture the beauty of Nature and the world around them.
Drawing from life is a fundamental skill for artists, and it requires a specific set of art supplies to ensure that the artists can accurately depict their subjects.
By donating these art supplies, you will be directly supporting our mission to foster creativity and artistic development.
Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our artists and will enable them to continue their practice of drawing on location from life. Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated and will help us in our efforts to provide a nurturing environment for artistic expression.
We thank you in advance for your generosity and for helping to make drawing on location from life a possibility for our artists.
