Help My Students Become Scientists in Action!

Help me give my students science in action! My students are curious, energetic, and eager to explore the world around them. But our classroom is missing some essential ingredients-flexible seating and hands-on tools like a composter and microscope!

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Lettieri's classroom raised $1,220

My Project

My students are curious, energetic, and eager to explore the world around them. They thrive when they can move, collaborate, and engage in hands-on learning. But our classroom is missing two essential ingredients: flexible seating and real science tools.

With your help, I want to bring in flexible seating options—like stools, cushions, and low tables—that allow students to learn in ways that work best for them.

These small changes make a big impact. They support focus, improve behavior, and create a space where all students feel comfortable and ready to learn.

I’m also seeking science equipment that brings our lessons to life. A classroom microscope will allow students to explore the unseen world around them—from plant cells to pond water. A classroom composter will help us study decomposition, ecosystems, and sustainability in real time, while teaching responsibility and environmental stewardship.

These tools won’t just support science lessons—they’ll spark lifelong curiosity and deeper understanding. Thank you for supporting our classroom and helping my students experience the joy of discovery!
