I teach a Special Day Class (SDC) for children on the autistic spectrum. My classroom is in a low income area with a small special ed. budget.
My students are new to the school environment and are learning how to socialize with peers, control behavioral urges and to get the tools early enough to help with what they need.
Most of my student need movement to help control the world around them. A trampoline will help them find that vestibular reaction when jumping and an appropriate place to do it.
It is important for my kids and you can help and make the classroom environment enjoyable and controllable.
