My students need a new bulb for our Smartboard projector. We use the Smartboard everyday for our lessons and it has become a vital tool in our classroom.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Due to budget cuts there is little money left to purchase this bulb. We use the Smartboard all day in class and it is a wonderful technology tool in the classroom. Once the bulb blows, it is unlikely that we will get a replacement bulb for a very long time if at all.
My students are inner city children who are wonderful children and love to learn.
Most of these children speak two languages and are very eager to learn to read and do math. Their parents work several jobs to put food on their tables and are also eager to help in any way they can to help their children with their school work at home even though many do not speak or read English.
My Project
We use the Smartboard everyday all day. It is the best tool we have in school because it is interactive and anything I have on my computer, the children can see including lessons, worksheets, games and the Internet. The children have learned so much from using the Smartboard.
Our bulb only has 10% of its life left.
Please help us to get this bulb so we don't miss a day of learning. The children have learned so much by using this tool and would miss it tremendously if they could not use it.
