Help My Happy Little Class Learn How to Use Technology!

My students need iPad minis and all of the protective gear to keep them from breaking in the class.

My Students

My classroom is full of excitement and love but really needs help with technology. I have the chance to teach them with my little games, big computers, and fun centers, but they really need to get more access to tablets and apps to thrive in today’s world.

I have a class of precious little kids that are so eager to learn and be loved by anyone.

My classroom is such a happy place that is full of little smiles that need my help learning all of the basics. Our school has wonderful teachers that are very helpful with some help and support from volunteers, but the classrooms are lacking the new technology supplies that so many other schools already have.

My Project

My classroom is ready to move on to the new technology that apple iPads have to offer. These kids love to play learning games on our computers in the computer lab. I am sure that when I have some iPads in the classroom, the students will have an opportunity to really learn how to navigate the iOS platform and open up apps to play as well as record themselves saying their letter sounds on the video recorder. We will take advantage of so many reading and math apps that the class will be able to practice the lessons that I teach them and become ready to use technology in their future.

My classroom will always be full of love and lots of fun teaching.

With this donation, the classroom will become ready to grasp the everyday needs of today's technology. These kids will be able to practice letter sounds, math games, sight word apps and fun apps that will read stories to them. I know other teachers that use them to access little reading and math apps that have had so much success. My class really deserves to have the same opportunity as so many other classrooms.
