This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders are curious, energetic, and eager to learn new math concepts. They especially enjoy hands-on activities and interactive learning. To support their love of learning, I want to provide them with engaging resources that will make math both fun and meaningful.

I am requesting TPT gift cards to purchase first-grade math activities that focus on foundational concepts such as addition, subtraction, place value, and understanding money.

I want to introduce my students to real-world math skills, like money recognition and basic financial literacy, which will be beneficial for their future.

To make the most of these resources, I also need colorful paper and laminating sheets. These materials will allow me to print, laminate, and reuse high-quality TPT resources in our math center and small group instruction. The durability of laminated resources means they can be used year after year, providing long-lasting learning tools for my students.

Your support will help me create a hands-on learning environment where my first graders can manipulate objects, play games, and engage in activities that reinforce their math skills in a fun and interactive way. Thank you for helping me bring these valuable resources to our classroom!
