Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Third grade is the year of independence for students. They learn how to sit longer and focus longer. My kids have struggles with staying focused and calm. I am asking for help with ways to let my students fidget without distracting others. Calm strips is one way to do that. They are adhesive and have a reusable back. Rubbing, scratching, or picking at a Calm Strip is a great way to help reduce fidgeting, increase focus, and regulate restless energy. I would love to be able to give my students another way to help them focus in class. Thank you!
