Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My third graders are the best! They work hard and want to learn when they come to school. One area that I really want to work with my class is organization, planning, and goal setting. These are skills that will help them later in life as well. One way that I can help them is by using my training from AVID(Advancement Via Individual Determination). With AVID, I can teach my students how to organize, plan and goal set. The items I am asking for will help my students with these goals. AVID is a way to get students be college and career ready!
