My Project
I am coming to you from the heart of Baltimore City. The majority of my students are experiencing formal school for the first time this year. Many come from low-income homes and are facing challenging situations that would cause even an adult to question how to cope. Yet, I find that these precious young minds are resilient and are developing a zeal and a love for learning. Please help me to keep this "love" for learning growing. Through providing hands-on activities, students will practice math and literacy skills that are needed as they prepare to move on to kindergarten.
With your generous donation, I am on my way to providing colorful, fun, interactive, hands-on learning activities for my pre-k students.
Teachers Pay Teachers has so many excellent activities that my students can engage in during small group activities. These gift cards will enable me to purchase and then download materials geared toward my students' interests and needs. I will also be able to build up our classroom's math and literacy centers with these TPT activities. Students will look forward to small group and center time, knowing that something fun, challenging, and exciting awaits them there!
