Help me understand what I FEEL, is designed to assist students with emotions. These tools will allow the students to learn to effectively communicate what they are feeling and why they are feeling that way. Often times students, especially primary school students have a hard time articulating what they are feeling or understanding why they are feeling the way that they do. These tools will give me the opportunity to help students understand what they are feeling and help students learn healthy coping skills. Some benefits of understanding emotions are allowing the students to be able to speak clearly what they are feeling, resolve conflict more effectively, and reduce anxiety.
