This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Ever since I was a child, I have always been curious about how everything works. The curiosity has driven me to a lifelong process of learning. As a teacher, I would like to instill the same curiosity my students. I would like to create a classroom where students can be able to use the tools in the classroom to explore all the different things that they wonder about. As a math and science teacher, I would like to be able to provide these tools for the young minds that I am shaping. The purchase of these items would allow me to be able to fill the gaps that currently exist in my room. I want students to be able to listen to stories, I want them to be able to sit together and gather to share ideas. I want my students to be able to look up at the sky and see stars and galaxies. I want a bench which children can sit and read books. Please help us to be able to make the dream a reality. It is a great investment to put resources in the hands of teachers want to shape young lives.
