My Students

My students are amazing little people. They are resilient and have been through so much. Our school is located in Paradise, California. Our entire town and a lot of our schools were destroyed in 2018 Campfire.

However, these little angels are safe and are attending our “new” to us school back in our town.

My students work hard and are super eager to learn. They have their usual smiles, hugs, and tears. They're full of love and fill my heart with happiness! Please consider this donation to help me do my job as best as possible!

My Project

I am requesting a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card. This school year has been a year of re-inventing and learning. Many of the lessons I previously taught are no longer possible due to current COVID procedures and guidelines. Every other teacher out there is in the same boat and many of these teachers are selling their lessons on Teachers Pay Teachers. In the past year I have found myself purchasing items off of teachers pay teachers weekly. For example, we can no longer share math manipulatives. Each child has their own small set of them. The lessons that go along with our curriculum don’t work as it is a lot of group activities and games. I have been able to go on to teachers pay teachers and find alternative lessons teaching the same math concepts but the lessons don’t require group work. I've been able to find math games that they play themselves making math a little more fun and meaningful. I am asking for a gift card to help me with these regular purchases. I plan to use the gift card in continuing to find math games and activities that follow the current guidelines. Please consider donating to me and my students. Thank you!
