This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are learning about social emotional learning in which student learn how to self regulate and solve problems with their peers.
I am requesting supplemental materials to help my students learn about social emotional learning.
These books will help me reinforce classroom rules, problem solving with peers, and teach students how to self regulate their big emotions and what to do.
My Tk students are age from 4-5 and I have a total of 12 English language learners. Majority of my students are low income students. My students really enjoy reading books with me and love working with their peers to talk about emotions. My students would greatly benefit from these materials. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!
