My Students

My students are imaginative and fun-loving kids! They are hard-working students who are held to high expectations.

They want to succeed and try their best every day.

Many of my students face numerous challenges in their lives. Despite this, they show up at school excited and ready to learn! My students are singers, readers, and leaders! I couldn't be prouder to be their teacher.

My Project

At our school, we have an amazing group of students! Within that group, there is a specific group. It is for them that I have written this project. It is my hope to bring Christmas surprise to those who probably won't be receiving a nonessential gift.

I chose art kits for them because art is so important in education but it is gravely overlooked in our nation's curriculum focus.

Despite the fact that involvement in the arts is associated with gains in math, reading, cognitive ability, critical thinking, and verbal skill.

Arts learning can also improve motivation, concentration, confidence, teamwork, as well as support emotional wellbeing.

These art materials are compact and easy to store, as most of these children don't have their own space. Though many students have at least crayons at school, many don't have any materials or supplies at home. Please help me give these amazing gifts to these amazing students
