My Students

I teach fifth and sixth graders and I love my students and I want to support them in the best way possible to be successful and reach their potential. That means, I see students as individuals who need individualized support.

I tell my students frequently that I want what is best for them.

After the difficult times we have all been though with Covid-19, I want them to be successful in and out of the classroom!

My Project

I feel that students learn best when they have hands-on activities. While we have plenty of opportunities to have digital learning, students also need to have times where they can learn by doing.

The materials I have requested will help me to give my students hands-on activities and simulations to participate in and enhance their learning.

With this project, I would also like to add to my classroom library books that apply to our social studies units. We also need books that are just fun to read!
