Help Me Give My Special Education Students a Great Year!

Help me give my students stools, pencils, finger paint paper, and other materials for a great year with a multi-sensory approach to learning! I am a special education teacher and also provide all of their basic school supplies.

My Project

My goal for this project is to help my special education students learn best with a multi-sensory approach. Each child learns in a different way and at different speeds. By incorporating sensory bins, flexible seating, and all the basic school supplies they will need for the year, I hope to help them learn and grow!

Sensory bins will be used to help sound out words and reinforce weekly spelling words.

Sand paper letters and finger painting letters give students a tactile way of learning the letters. Both of these activities will also help them learn to read!
