My Project
I absolutely love teaching first grade—it’s such a joy to watch my students grow from little learners into confident, curious kids. Teaching is truly my passion, and I feel so lucky to be starting a new chapter at a new school this upcoming year!
While I’m excited for this transition, I’m also facing the challenge of leaving behind much of the classroom furniture and materials that belonged to my previous school.
In order to create a peaceful, organized, and inviting environment where my students can thrive, I’m in urgent need of basic classroom essentials.
I'm currently looking for: 1) Shelves, storage cubes and organizational bins to keep materials accessible and organized so students can find what they need when they need it, 2) Florescent Light Covers to support a calm and structured learning space, and 3) A classroom rug where my students can gather for read-alouds, lessons, and morning meetings.
A classroom should feel like a second home, and with your support, I can create a space that helps my students feel safe, valued, and excited to learn each day. Any donation—big or small—will make a meaningful difference.
