This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students come from all part of the city. They come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with over 85% of our students receiving free lunch. Our students are dedicated, hardworking and extremely eager to always put their best foot forward. They are extremely grateful and do all they can with what they already have. With your help, our students will be able to do even more if they receive the right supplies and opportunities to keep on working hard and making progress.
My Project
A huge struggle for student athletes is being able to stay organized throughout the Varsity Basketball Season. Throughout the school year they use their book bag as an equipment bag and either forget something needed for a game or much worse forget their homework.
By having the NIKE Brasilia Training Duffel Bag, our players will be able to stay organized throughout the entirety of the Varsity Basketball Season without having to worry about forgetting anything at home.
With your help our players will be able to keep their school work organized in their book bags and their team gear all in one place and ready for our games.
