My Students
These are unprecedented times. Never did I imagine that when my students and I said goodbye in March it would mean that it was our last day in the classroom. However, the year is not over yet! My main job, as a distance learning teacher, is to ensure that students are following some sort of routine and for them to know that I am here for them regardless of the learning situation.
My Project
I will be able to integrate different programs and apps to their current Google Classroom that I am limited to using a school-based computer. Having access to Apple-specific apps such as iMovie to create a more engaging distance learning experience.
Engagement is one of the biggest struggles, and with the newest technology, I will be able to provide the students with an opportunity to be more engaged virtually!
The MacBook will have more storage for me to be able to video and save lessons. It will also load quickly and allow me to share my screen with my students.
