Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a UTK classroom with 19 bubbly, loving and very inquisitive 5 year olds! They love writing their name, and creating 3 dimension models of our units of study. We have studied buildings, wheels, clothing and recycling and they really enjoy creating models of what they are learning. The Cricut would help make their models more creative and realistic. Our school also has a culmination ceremony for our second graders who are leaving to their next school, the Cricut would help create culmination decorations for the ceremony. We take multiple field trips throughout the year and a Cricut would help us create t-shirts that would help us keep them safer when out and about!
