This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you remember what it was like the first time you read a book that you couldn't put down? My students need that experience. They need books that will capture their imaginations and give them the love they need to read.

The classroom is filled everyday with 26 kindergarten students ready and eager to learn.

They can't wait to walk through the doors and get busy working!!!! They are energetic and motivated to learn. They come to school ready to fill their little minds, they always try and do their best.

My Project

Reading opens doors to so many opportunities. This leveled library will benefit my students in so many ways. It will give they the love they need to develop for reading, it will give them the confidence they need to become successful readers and if children can read well and if they see reading as a source of information, then for the rest of their lives they will have access to a world of opportunities!! It truly is magical!!

Help my students become the best readers they can be.

Help build their solid foundation they need in order to be successful in today's world. By supplying my classroom with this library will give my students the opportunity to explore and develop a lasting love for reading!!
