My classroom is filled with curious and diverse young learners who love to learn. My students are kind and love to collaborate and problem-solve as they engage in active learning.
Each day with my students brings new adventures and new experiences which we explore together.
It is my goal as a teacher to further extend the love of learning to my students so they are able to not only have successful academic careers but achieve their own personal goals and dreams.
My Project
Our official running club for 3rd grade students is on pause for now, but that doesn't mean we can't stay active in the off season! After all, we are athletes!
Physical activity helps keep not only the body, but the mind sharp!
We want the best for our students both in and out of the classroom.
The requested materials will allow our students to keep active and promote a healthy lifestyle. The basketballs will help increase upper body strength and cardio health. The soccer balls and kick balls will help increase lower body strength and cardio health. The jump ropes, disks, dice, and paddle game will help improve focus and cardio health. Being able to endure a high level of cardio activity is important in the world of running, so these materials will be perfect! All equipment pieces will also continue to improve endurance, add "spice" and alternatives to running, and keep our girls in shape so we will always be ready to RUN!
