My Students
They are growing and learning in the same small, tight-knit, school community that inspired me to be a teacher. My students are our future and I want to give them a great start to their long, successful careers. They are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. They are mini inspirations to themselves and others around them, even if they don't know it yet.
Education is a gift that no one can take away from them.
Reading is a powerful fuel to learning and it is knowledge.
In class, we are all teachers and all learners.
My Project
My students are running low on filament for our 3D printers. Students use the 3D printers in the makerspace for a multitude of projects.
Currently, students are designing original pieces that they have created.
The 3D printer is bringing more students to the library than ever. Now we just need to keep the PLA filament plentiful so students can print their designs. Students are not limited to memorials, they are also designing jewelry, vases, cookie cutters and ornaments. The window to creativity and learning is endless. How fun it is to see your work printed in 3D and know that you made it.
