My Students
Our students come to school eager to learn with their minds and hearts open for everything their teachers have to offer.
School is a very important part of our students' lives.
We teach at a Title I school with over 70% of our students receiving a free or reduced-price lunch, and all of our students get free breakfast in the mornings. We have a backpack program that sends home food with kids over the weekend and offers free lunch for students over the summer break.
My Project
My classroom is a welcoming space that my students and I call our home sweet classroom. I strive to make my classroom as accessible to my students as possible in order to encourage independence in kindergarten. These materials will allow my students to learn about being organized and to clean after themselves. My students will have these cube storage bins where they can store their supplies in.
These items will help my students have a clutter free and pleasant space for learning.
This will improve how neat our classroom looks and provide a safe and pleasing environment. The bulletin board paper will give our boards a fresh new look because ours is fading.
