My Project
Our school is located in a rural, low socio-economic community, we are committed to giving our students the tools they need to build bright futures—both literally and figuratively. One of our most impactful career-technical programs is Welding, where students develop real-world, hands-on skills that open doors to stable, high-paying careers right out of high school.
However, our welding program is facing a major challenge: we lack the resources to provide our students with the quality safety equipment and updated tools necessary for a truly safe, effective, and inspiring learning environment.
Much of our current gear is outdated or limited in quantity, making it difficult for every student to participate safely and confidently.
We are seeking donations to help us purchase essential items such as:
Welding helmets with auto-darkening filters
Flame-resistant jackets and gloves
Welding curtains and safety screens
For many of our students, this program is more than just an elective—it’s a gateway to opportunity. In a community where college may not be an accessible option for every student, welding offers a tangible career path. By contributing to this project, you're not just funding equipment; you're fueling futures, empowering students to graduate with industry-ready skills, OSHA certifications, and the confidence that they can thrive in a demanding field.
