My Project
Motivating students to read can sometimes be a daunting task. By providing them with a variety of texts that spark their interest and motivate them to want to read more independently, we can create strong readers.
Creating an inviting space that gives them somewhere to escape from the world around them and immerse themselves in a good book is an integral part of developing independent readers. By continuing to update and expand our classroom library, we can help ensure that every single student is able to find specific genres, authors, or series that spark their interest and make them want to read more and more.
