Having access to an iPad will help my students access educational games and other learning materials through the touch screen.
My students are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and some have other developmental delays.
These delays make it difficult for them to complete hands on tasks such as cutting and gluing. Having access to a touch screen device will allow them to access materials more easily.
My goal for this project is to have an iPad with specific educational applications such as Starfall, Boom Cards, Flocabulary, etc. These applications will allow my students to gain independence while learning because of the touch screen interface.
