This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our scholars in the Bronx would benefit greatly from this project as throughout the day with the rigorous work they are doing requires breaks. Providing them with food, water, and juice will help keep them nourished and focused throughout the day so they may achieve the highest academic success.
We serve one of the most underserved communities in the city and receiving assistance of this nature is critical in supporting our young ones. Staff could readily have these snacks available to ensure we have the things they need to be productive!
