it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The Kindergarteners that I teach are bright and eager four and five year olds who crave to learn about the world around them. My students are constantly seeking answers to their questions and searching to make connections with those around them.
My students are kind and compassionate.
The students that I teach are truly remarkable. We are in a high needs area and while my students are eager we don't always have access to the resources that we need and that is where your help would be deeply appreciated. My Project
Students in both classes K-112 and K-113 will be having a spring show where they put on their own rendition of A Bad Case of Stripes and Mean Jean Recess Queen. Students will showcase their literacy and reading skills by acting out and performing lines from the book. They will learn how to collaborate to put on a performance.
Students will be able to use the costumes such as the glasses, lab coat, etc..
props and decorations to help make their books come to life. Students will be able to have reading/literature come to life in a way that is both authentic and meaningful.
